Prayer times look wrong
Check that location permission is enabled, your device time zone is correct, and your calculation method matches your local practice.
Reminders are not arriving
Open iOS Settings and confirm notifications are allowed for Vakt. Then check Prayer Reminders inside My Vakt.
Restore subscription
Open My Vakt and tap Restore. You can also manage subscriptions from your Apple ID subscription settings.
What can friends see?
Friends can see the prayer status Vakt makes visible for the current day and can send a limited prayer reminder. Vakt does not include direct messaging or upload your address book.
Does Vakt upload my prayer reflections?
Your private post-prayer reflection stays on your device. Prayer completion status may sync to your account so your history and selected friend features can work.
How do widgets and the Lock Screen timer work?
Add a Vakt widget from the iOS widget gallery. The Lock Screen timer appears when you begin a prayer in Vakt and can be controlled from iOS Settings under Live Activities.
Why is a nearby place missing or incorrect?
Nearby mosque results come from Apple Maps and depend on available local place data. You can search again or open the result in Maps to verify details and directions.
How do I cancel?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open iOS Settings, tap your Apple ID, then Subscriptions, and choose Vakt.
